Delivery charges
Delivery within the UK is guaranteed within 3-9 days (excluding Saturdays
and Sundays) . Delivery references and URL's can be given on request to
track items to the door.
Additionally, we are happy to deliver overseas, please email us with your
address and details of which item/s you wish to buy and we will provide you
with a delivery quote.
Refund Policy
Broken, damaged, faulty or inaccurately sized items can be returned and
replaced if unused and bats which are prematurely damaged due to a fault
with the goods, will be replaced further to the following:
- Submission of photograph of the damage
- Assessment by the manufacturer
- Manufacturers agreement to replace the damaged item
Aforementioned correspondence will be undertaken by ourselves directly with
the manufacturers, but a fast and transparent response is guaranteed. Each
case is considered individually, as usage and timescales for reasonable
premature damage will vary.
Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 10 working days.
Contract
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by
allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including
passing your details on to the couriers.
7-day money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your goods, please return
within 7 days in original condition and packing. A full refund excluding the
delivery charge will be given. This excludes specially ordered bats. Please see returns section.
Payment
Payment can be made by major credit cards i.e. Visa, master card, switch,
delta or by cheque in Pound Sterling. You do not own the goods untill we
receive payment in full.
For overseas buyers we do accept cheques in local currency, please email us
to confirm.
