Broken, damaged, faulty or inaccurately sized items can be returned and replaced if unused within 7 days.
Bats which are prematurely damaged due to a fault with the goods, will be replaced further to the following:

- Submission of photograph of the damage
- Assessment by the manufacturer
- Manufacturers agreement to replace the damaged item

Aforementioned correspondence will be undertaken by ourselves directly with the manufacturers,
but a fast and transparent response is guaranteed. Each case is considered individually,
as usage and timescales for reasonable premature damage will vary.

Please be aware any specially commissioned bats cannot be refunded, unless they are faulty, damaged or broken.
